We have reached the century mark, our 100th blog post. For nearly two and a half years (we skipped some weeks over our history for those doing the math) my team and I have brought you weekly posts on thought-provoking topics having to do with development techniques, donor psychology, leadership behavior and news and research taking place in the field. We have steadily watched our following grow through subscriptions and views across other social media platforms. As we reach this milestone, on behalf of my colleagues on the Hub International Non-Profit and Public Affairs Consulting Team, I want to extend our gratitude to you the reader. You are the reason we began this blog and you are the reason we continue to take the time to present new ideas and thoughts to you. It is our firm belief that better development and leadership creates better social impact organizations. This is what our world needs, committed professionals making real change in the world. So as we continue our blogging journey we invite you to share our blog with friends and colleagues. Our commitment to “helping organizations who help others” grow and improve is real and we invite you to join us weekly to read and respond and together join us in making our sector stronger and our impact greater!
Hub International Non-Profit and Public Affairs Consulting (NPPAC)
HUB International’s Non-Profit and Public Affairs Consulting (NPPAC) practice specializes in advancing non-profits’ missions. Collectively, we possess more than 80 years of fundraising,
development and public affairs consulting experience for nonprofits in the Chicago area.
Serving as advisers on growth strategies over the past 20 years to more than 100 clients, our
associates have collectively raised over $650 million while managing and directing more
than 70 major capital campaigns, with goals ranging from $2 million to more than $60 million.
We understand that non-profit is a tax status, not a business plan. Whether your organization needs to attract significant philanthropic investments or desires strategic leadership to guide future direction, we can help. We start by getting to the heart of your organization’s vision and then help you build the infrastructure and programs to support your mission. From fundraising
and strategic planning, to Board development and organizational assessment—we’ve got you covered.
We offer practical solutions specifically tailored to address your needs. As a member of your team, we are adept at developing and implementing effective strategies and are passionate about enhancing your mission.
Partnering with the team from [HUB International] has had a significant, positive impact on the giving culture at Avenues of Independence.
